Riverside Inverclyde is delighted to confirm the return of Creative Inverclyde.

This free event is being co-hosted by Riverside Inverclyde and Craig Black Design and encourages students, creatives, businesses and pretty much anyone who wants to learn more to come along and be inspired.

The event will take place on Wednesday 12th September 2018 at the iconic Georgian architectural masterpiece Custom House in Greenock.

Launched in June 2018, Creative Inverclyde is an event to encourage discussion, share ideas and foster collaboration.  Riverside Inverclyde is championing the creative community to help make people aware of the creative talent from Inverclyde that are making a difference in the local community and on a global scale.

Creative Inverclyde was developed to create a series of talks and events from local creatives with inspiring stories to tell.  From music and architecture, to art and film, Inverclyde has always had an incredible creative community.

The second Creative Inverclyde event will offer a blend of art, photography, graphic design, architecture, insurance and branding in one program with five very talented creatives based in or from Inverclyde.  Confirmed speakers are Ashley Baxter (With Jack), Mark Hutton (Hutton Creative Design), Bruce Newlands (Kraft Architecture), Jason Orr (RIG Arts) and Craig Black (Craig Black Design).

Andrew Bowman, head of business investment at Riverside Inverclyde said:

“Following on from the success and interest in the initial Creative Inverclyde event, we are delighted to be able to provide another outstanding, talented and wide-ranging line-up of Inverclyde connected creatives to speak at this follow-up event.”

The event opens at 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start and will close at 8.15pm.  Spaces are limited to 70 and free parking is available around the building for attendees.  Refreshments will also be available for attendees.
