The Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce has launched the International Academy, a new initiative designed to support businesses looking to break into global markets. The Academy provides a comprehensive series of workshops and expert-led sessions, equipping businesses with the tools and confidence needed to succeed internationally.
Beginning with its first workshop, βDoing Business Overseas: An Intro,β on October 16th, 2024, the Academy offers three interconnected sessions that cater to businesses at various stages of their international journey. From newcomers to seasoned traders, participants will gain practical insights into international trade fundamentals and strategy development.
The Academyβs resources go beyond workshops. It also offers tailored support through drop-in sessions with the International Team and access to the Expert Help Programme, which provides free specialist support to help businesses grow in international markets. Additionally, participants can benefit from an internationally focused mentoring programme, offering personalized guidance for long-term success. Members will also have exclusive access to 37 City Quay Academy facilities, including serviced office spaces.
