Registrations are now open for the award-winning Sustrans Scottish Workplace Journey Challenge. Throughout March, workplaces across Scotland will compete to log the most sustainable journeys. And for the first time, those working from home can record their local journeys too.
Register your workplace and encourage colleagues to log the journeys they make by foot, bike, public transport and car-share to climb up the leader board.
Over £4000 worth of Scotland Loves Local cards are up for grabs for use at hundreds of shops in your local area. Register before 1st March to enter the Early Bird prize draw where you can win an Active Travel breakfast for your workplace.
The Journey Challenge is a FREE web-based competition. It’s a great way to engage colleagues in travelling in ways that benefit their health and wellbeing, as well as the environment.
The initiative won ‘Best Practice in Travel to School and Work Schemes’ at the Scottish Transport Awards in 2018 and was runner-up in 2019.
