Evelyn’s career stands as a testament to dedication, resilience, and, above all, a genuine passion for people.
Recently, Evelyn was asked a simple yet powerful question: “Why have you stayed in recruitment for so long?” Her answer reflects not only her own journey, but the very values that define great recruitment.
Evelyn is passionate about building relationships. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated the importance of trust, communication, and understanding, forming lasting connections with both clients and candidates, supporting countless individuals into roles that have shaped their future, while also helping businesses secure the right talent they need to grow and succeed.
Above all, Evelyn cares. She approaches every interaction with empathy, often putting herself in her candidates’ shoes to fully understand their individual situations. By doing so, she ensures that the opportunities she presents are not only suitable on paper, but meaningful and right for the person behind the CV. Her genuine interest in people and their success has been the foundation of her longevity and is at the heart of everything she does.
Evelyn has always endeavoured to exceed expectations. Her approach has remained consistent, with her focus grounded in relationships, understanding, and delivering the right outcome for both candidates and clients alike.
When asked about retirement, Evelyn’s response is equally telling; for her, it’s not defined by age or by tenure, but by purpose. She has shared that she will continue in recruitment for as long as she feels the same passion and drive to connect with people and make a difference. When that personal touch no longer motivates her, she will know it is time to step back.
