Thursday 10th December 10am – 10.45am

2020 has been an incredibly challenging and intense time for many business owners, and with the sheer hard work involved in keeping businesses going, it’s understandable that some are now feeling what’s been dubbed ‘lockdown’ or ‘director fatigue’.

With further hurdles yet to come in the new year following Brexit, now might be the time for business owners to re-consider future plans, perhaps think about selling, retiring or passing the mantle on to the next generation.  Conversely, it could also offer the opportunity to look at new directions, diversification and/or acquisition.

Whatever direction you might be contemplating, the festive break will be, for many, an opportunity to sit down with family and re-evaluate future plans.

With this in mind, CEO and Managing Partner, Paul Dickson, will host a panel discussion around the areas business owners should think about when looking towards exiting, expanding or diversifying your business, and will be joined by Armstrong Watson Corporate Finance Partner, Chris McCourt, Corporate Tax Director, Becky Bowness, Joint Managing Director of Armstrong Watson Financial Planning and Wealth Management, David Squire, and Corporate Law Partner, Michael Walby, from Burnetts Solicitors.

As always, we encourage questions before and during the event, all of which are handled anonymously.
