Tracey Chrystal is a qualified business professional and the Director of HR & Coaching at Chrystal HR. As a Chartered CIPD Fellow, she has worked for large UK and global businesses for over 30 years. Her experience includes working in the private and public sectors covering engineering, IT, education, and financial markets. As a non-executive board director, she also has a breadth of experience in the boardroom.
With extensive Business Change expertise in dealing with Senior Operational and Leadership Management, she is a trusted and inspirational business professional. Qualified with ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and a Director with the Institute of Directors, Tracey understands the importance of being committed, transparent and qualified to ensure the best results for her clients. She ensures Business/HR strategy and initiatives are planned and executed in line with the overall business plan to capture the measurement of projects and deliverables. She does so by working proactively and collaboratively with the business owners, directors, employees, third parties and key stakeholders.
During 2020, she decided to make a pivotal career change, she realised how much she enjoyed helping many small to medium size companies. She welcomed the opportunity to help business owners improve their businesses, advising and supporting them with people matters and helping them create positive change. Her mission is to help businesses grow and believes that people learn best by doing, she helps clients identify what works so they can do more of this and stop doing what doesn’t work so they can do something more suitable instead.
